Permeability characteristics of Ulanchap lignite under different pore pressure and temperature

Abstract：In order to find the empirical rule of coal permeability change during the application of the high pressure fire penetration method in underground coal gasification,the underground coal gasification high pressure test system was designed,and the permeability of briquette from Ulanchap lignite was measured.Research results show that,with the increase of pore pressure,the permeability firstly decreases then increases and decreases again.The increase of temperature makes the permeability of coal sample decrease,but the sensitivity to temperature decreases,the permeability variation of coal sample with temperature accords with exponential relation:K=ae-bt.
