Concrete pouring support technology for large diametermining area of broken surrounding rock

Abstract：Aiming at the actual situation of stope coal bunker frequent destruction,which is difficult to repair,according to the broken surrounding rock around the bunker,a composite supporting scheme was proposed applying bolt-mesh-shotcreting for temporary support,bound bar and concrete by bolting and deposit concrete for permanent support.The construction technology of composite support was studied from bound bar,template installation,arch center,deposit concrete,and other aspects.The results show that,with the composite support,compressive strength of shaft wall was greatly enhanced,and the coal bunker wall rupture was avoided,ensuring the long-term safety of coal bunker.
