Research on floor heave control technology for deeproadway with dynamic pressure soft rock

Abstract：Aim at many problems about unmanageable floor heave of deep dynamic pressure soft rock roadways,the geological data of return air roadway in No.2 mining area at Jiangjiahe Coal Mine is taken as an example to study the heave mechanism and its control technology.Field investigation showed that,the floor heave was serious in air return way,accompanied with roof caving,rib spalling and sidewall breaking.The reason and control mechanism of heave were analyzed based on results of field investigation.A comprehensive support method was presented comprising grouting,bolt-mesh-cable-shotcreting and floor cable.Application shows that the floor heave and surrounding rock stability were effectively controlled with the proposed method.
