Repair design and engineering practice of shaft coal bunker

Abstract：Shaft coal bunker is a key link in coal mine transportation,its repair and control is difficult.The reasonable and feasible repair design scheme was proposed for Ganhe Coal Mine based on reason analysis of the coal bunker breakage and surrounding rock collapse.In the scheme design of composite support,cable mesh and reinforce concrete lining was used,the collapsed space was filled with concrete,and special treatment was carried out on the aluminum mudstone strata.The connection form for the key points of the bunker wall and surrounding rock was studied,and the construction steps and effect evaluation was given.The results show that the design can guarantee the safety of construction personnel and equipment,improve the state of coal bunker wall stress,the coal bunker is more stable and durable after the repair,the safe production was ensured.
