Discussion on green and safe mining system design in complicated coal mine

Abstract：Xinhu Coal Mine is the first 1000-meter-deep coal mine in Huaibei mining area,the mining condition is very complex,scientific and advanced design orientation is the key to ensure its green and safe mining.Based on the existing data,the design analyzes the threats to the health and life of workers in coal mine construction and mining,and the environmental damage of "three wastes" emissions,utilization of associated resources,high energy consumption,strata movement.Therefore,we take measures from design source,establish the green and safe mining system,including technology of the exhaust heat utilization from return air,coal and gas simultaneous extraction,mine environment restoration and control,energy saving and emission reduction,and comprehensive control technology of surrounding rock,to make Xinhu Coal Mine a modern mine characterized as energy saving,environmental friendly,safe and efficient.
