Application of logical framework approach in generalplanning of Yakeshi-wujiu coalfield mining area

Abstract：This paper took the general planning of Yakeshi-wujiu coalfield mining area as an example,the logical framework approach was applied,stakeholder analysis,problem analysis,goal analysis and strategy analysis were carried out,to analyze the existing problems from the views of social environment,economic development,external construction conditions and resource conditions,the planning objectives and corresponding strategy was summarized.The application results show that,application of logical framework approach can improve the level and quality of overall planning mining area,make the planning more operational and targeted,and provide a guiding document of mining area development and construction for the local government.
