Bolt-grouting supporting technology for weak coal roadway with large section

Abstract：Aiming at the of low strength,poor integrity and serious deformation of the large section coal roadway in weak broken coal seam of No.3 District Yaozhai Coal Mine Shanyin,Shanxi coal mining area,bolt-grouting was proposed for roadway reinforcement.The grouting holes were arranged in deep-shallow style,and the two-liquid method was used.The deformation monitoring results shows: changes in the deformation is relatively fast in the first 10 days,accounting for about 58% of the total displacement;and gradually become smaller in 10~20 days,and slowly stabilize after 20 days.The total deformation reduced by about 17% than the original support,and the problems of roadway stability and deformation was solved with bolt-grouting combined support.
