Design experience of mine shaft freeze protection

Abstract：In order to solve the hot air layout problem in mine shaft freeze protection design,the paper introduced the shaft freeze protection design and air heating chamber layout in Xinshanghai No.1 Coal Mine shaft;then carried out the investigation analysis combined with the actual operation effect,and pointed out the hot air was sent directly to the shaft through hot air passage,the solutions of which were given according to the practical engineering;through the case analysis of shaft freeze protection design and air heating chamber layout in Menkeqing Coal Mine,the design and operation mode were discussed according to the site investigation.According to the comparative analysis of the engineering design and operation effect of Xinshanghai No.1 Coal Mine and Menkeqing Coal Mine,the method with cold and hot air mixed at the heapstead is more effective and reliable.
