Application of self-moving integrated system for dust control and collection in comprehensive mechanized heading face

Abstract：According to great dust problem in comprehensive mechanized heading face,an integrated technology of dust control and collection was applied.The paper introduced the composition and main features of the system.An investigation was conducted on application effect of the system in coal mine,and the total dust collection efficiency was over 97％,the respirable dust collection efficiency was over 94％.The successful application of the system in mine could provide the technical support to the dust pollution control in comprehensive mechanized heading face and provide strong protection for the occupational health of coal miners and for the safety production of coal mine.
