Application research of coal dust depressor in fully mechanized mining face

Abstract：In order to study the coal dust depression effect during mining in 1327 fully mechanized coal mining face of Kailuan Fangezhuang Coal Mine,a method was proposed adding coal dust depressor in proportion to the spray pump tank and water for coal seam injection.So the coal dust can be depressed by the inner and outer spray of the coal cutter roller,and controlled by the injection water with dust depressor.According to the application result,the dust system dust efficiency ranged from 66％to 99.1％,optimal effect was achieved when the quality of coal dust depressor is 2kg,at depressor-water ratio of 2:5000.At the same time,the dust reduction efficiency was obviously improved with the depressor added in coal seam injection water.
