Analysis on long-term loss of prestressed tendon in silo

Abstract：Through the long-term pre-stress detection and calculation of pre-stressed steel strand in product silo of Hongqinghe Coal Mine,the theoretical value and experimental value were obtained.According to the comparison between theoretical value and experimental value,the formula in both codes is applicable to the silo and tends to be safer;the concrete shrinkage-creep and steel strand stress relaxation are major reasons for the loss,and the loss happens faster in early stage;the proportion of long-term loss in total loss can be analyzed according to the measured data.
