Loss assessment of Shangzhichang Coal Mine overlaid by Kunming-Shanghai high-speed rail

Abstract：The Hejiade tunnel segment of Kunming-Shanghai high-speed rail goes from east to west above the northern area of Shangzhichang Coal Mine,and the authorized mining area of Shangzhichang Coal Mine is overlaid by the tunnel land.According to the relevant approved documents,standards and regulations and on-site verification,the paper analyzed and determined the amount of mineral resources and the scope of coal mine loss caused by overlaid minerals,and comprehensively verified the quantities of projects and real assets within the scope of coal mine loss.On this basis,economic analysis can be employed to assess the value of overlaying mineral resources,real assets,other current assets and long-term expenses within the scope of coal mine loss,so as to determine the economic loss and provide the necessary basis for compensation due to overlaid minerals.
