Consolidation design for damaged raw coal silo in coal preparation plant

Abstract：Based on the engineering background of the damaged reinforced concrete raw coal silo in a coal preparation plant,the author proposed the design scheme for the silo body consolidation according to the breakage conditions with the consideration of construction feasibility,reinforcing the inner and outer silo wall with combing technology of bonding steel reinforcement,bonding fibre reinforced polymer reinforcement and pressurized grouting.Practice proved the consolidation effect,which ensured the structure safety and reduced the cost and construction period.
