Analysis and discussion on influencing factors of overallplan preparation for coal mining area

Abstract：Affected by multiple factors,the coal mining area overall plan preparation,review,modification and approval lasts for a long period,based on the preparation experience of 8 overall plans in Xinjiang Province,aiming at the common problems in plan preparation,including the inadequate depth of geological summary report,unclear planning principle,etc.,from the perspective of project management and design,several key problems were analyzed and discussed for coal mining area overall plan preparation,countermeasures and suggestions were proposed based on the difficulties encountered and experience obtained.
