Prediction model and application of partition curvein gravity separation of coal

Abstract：As it is complicated to predict the rate of product quality and quantity through the existing calculation methods,which calculates t value through the approximate formula and then check the distribution rates of the density grades through distribution index table.In order to simply and accurately evaluate and predict gravity separation of coal,a mathematical model of S-shaped curve was proposed based on the research of distribution curve,and according to the production data of several coal preparation plant,coal product of gravity separation was predicted.
