Application of roadway repair machine in floor repair of Dafosi Coal Mine

Abstract：Aiming at the human labor dependence,low efficiency and high labor intensity in current roadway floor repair,the WPZ-55/50L coal mine roadway repairing machine is researched and developed.Working mechanism of the repairing machine,cab,plate transport device,walking mechanism,hydraulic system,electrical system and its six major components of the basic parameters were introduced.The equipment was applied in Dafosi Coal Mine,and a set of mechanized bottom-up technology was summarized,which showed that the equipment was of fast construction efficiency,high mechanization degree and low labor intensity and so on.
