Study on top coal recovering technology in the tow roadways offully mechanized working face with 7m mining height

Abstract：For the working face with mining height greater than working face roadways in fully mechanized working face of thick and extra thick coal seam,because of the technology,equipment supporting the control,the top coal of working face roadways is not recycled.In order to study the technology of top coal recovery in the two roadways,based on the engineering background of fully mechanized working face with large cutting height in Bulianta Coal Mine,a top coal recovery scheme was proposed by means of equipment reconstruction and process optimization.Research showed that,top coal recovery in air return way was easier than air way.Two top coal recovery schemes was proposed for the air return way,and partial recovery of top coal was realized,the size of recovered top coal was 3.5m×2.5m,which proved the feasibility of top coal recovery in working face roadway.
