Design of mine waste water treatment stationin Xiaohuigou Coal Mine

Abstract：Combining with the mine water source and quality in Xiaohuigou Coal Mine,the paper analyzes the design range and scale of the mine waste water treatment station,studies the underground drainage treatment technology,including processes of swirl coagulation clarification,mechanical filter and disinfect;and then designs the process from the pre-settling regulating tank,swirl coagulation clarifier,mechanical filter and clean-water reservoir;and designs the units from buildings/structures,water treatment equipment,dosing equipment,sludge disposal,waste water disposal and power supply control system.The test results show that the Xiaohuigou coal mine water treatment technology is mature and reliable,easy to operate,manage and maintain,and the treated water quality has reached predetermined target.
