Research on seismic scattering field technology and its application in advanced geological prediction of roadway tunneling

Abstract：The advanced geological prediction for roadway excavation was researched and presented based on the seismic scattering field theory, relevant data process and offset imaging interpretation software was developed, and according to the requirement for safe production in coal mine, applicable equipment was selected and programming flow was designed. Finally, an advanced geological prediction for the roadway excavation was tested and the prediction results showed that, soft coal seam zone existed 16~24m and 32~34m in front of the tunneling face, and broken coal seam existed at 60~75m from the tunneling face, while the rest zone was in favorable geological conditions, the reliability was verified in tunneling construction.
