Research and application of cut tube charge energy accumulated control blasting in rapid sinking for vertical shaft in hard rock

Abstract：In view of the problem of low utilization rate in coal mine shaft blasting hole, poor shaping, the cutting seam cartridge directional fracture control blasting technology was applied. With the application of cut tube charge in the contour hole, under the premise of constant single hole charge, the number of contour hole was reduced from 52 to 35, hole distance was increased from 600mm to 800mm and the control blasting was implemented. Field blasting application effect showed:cut tube energy accumulated charge control blasting significantly improved the utilization rate of blasting hole and hole mark rate, half hole mark rate increased by 52%, shaft contour roughness was within ± 5cm, contour hole cut tube charge could reduce the blasting disturbance and damage to surrounding rock, improve the smooth blasting effect and the shaft heading speed.
