Design on emergency planning of coal mining enterprises based on FMEA

Abstract：In order to effectively prevent and control the risk of safety in production of coal mining enterprises, FMEA was used to analyze potential failure modes, effects and causes of every node of coal mining production process, and based on this, the coal mining risk source was identified. Finally, a complete set of coal mining enterprises emergency planning was presented from three areas of the daily inspection standard, the daily operations standard, the emergency alarm process and emergency operating standard. The results show that the designed emergency planning is operational and rational, and it can prevent coal mining enterprises produce risk effectively.
