Innovation and practice of ground production system joint layout for mines group

Abstract：The paper introduces the layout innovation in ground production system of Buertai Mine and the adjacent mines, including Cuncaota No. 1 Mine, Cuncaota No. 2 Mine and Liuta Mine, which applies innovative ideas of joint layout for mines group sharing the industrial site of Buertai Mine, realizing integration of coal preparation, storage and transportation, power supply, water supply and drainage, heating, system control and equipment management, material supply, logistics services. The innovation greatly reduced investment, improved mine production efficiency, realized scale economy, energy-saving and cost-reducing, and reduced land occupation and environmental pollution. The innovation can provide references for master plan of mining area with similar conditions.
