Grouting and water sealing technology for new air shaft in Linnancang Coal Mine

Abstract：Aiming at the treatment difficulties for water inrush in the new air shaft of Linnancang Coal Mine, including complexity water inrush process, complicated fissure development, large water quantity and water pressure, etc. Curtain grouting technology was applied, which developed water conducting channel to dredge the inrush water, reduce the water level and pressure, low water, reduce water pressure; then top-down layered sectional grouting was carried out, to seal the fissure in turn, and form an effective water-sealing curtain. The results showed, after the treatment water dripping was eliminated in ingate roof, water leaking points were sealed, water inflow was reduced from 2. 8m/min to 0. 1m/min, achieving favorable effect.
