Study on water sealing and reinforcement grouting for inclined shaft in Wujiamao Coal Mine

Abstract：Aiming at the security risk of Wujiamao coal mine roadway tunneling, as a water rich gravel layer is close to the tunneling direction, the necessity of pre-grouting is analyzed, construction scheme, the construction is designed, and a construction process is proposed including hole position determination, hole drilling, grouting slurry mixing, retracement of grouting pipe, grouting to designed depth, and hole sealing, determination method of grouting material, ratio, grouting amount and pressure, are introduced as well as other relevant parameters and the matters needing attention, the reinforced gravel layer has good uniformity and stability.
