Scientific and quick rescue for water hazards of coal mines

Abstract：The paper analyzed conditions, accident types and characteristics of coal mine water hazard areas in China, and on the basis of successful cases of scientific rescue, studied the scientific and quick rescue for water hazards of coal mines, the process of which were as follows:firstly, the accident features must be submitted to the relative administration in time and a rescue scheme shall be made quickly; secondly, a rescue headquarter shall be established to recognize the damage features and plan the detailed rescue scheme with a result of a perfect rescue conducted; finally, on finishing the rescue task, the rescue scheme shall be evaluated and improved according to the problems appeared in the rescue operation.
