Study on hidden hazard factors and the prevention measures in Linxi Mine of Kiluan mining area

Abstract：Based on the data of mining exposure, drilling, geophysical prospecting and relevant test results, this paper selected Linxi mine as object to study the hidden hazard factors including the geological structure, underground aquifer, water flowing fractured zone, mining goaf, gas-rich zone, poor sealed boreholes and underground fire zone by field survey, underground observation, statistical analysis and other methods, and the pertinent prevention measures were proposed. The results showed that the faults, magmatic rocks, Ordovician limestone aquifer and mining goaf were the main hidden hazard factors in Linxi Mine, threatening the mining safety in different degree. Therefore, effective measures and reasonable plan shall be prepared against the hidden hazard factors.
