Treatment of abnormal vibration on multi-rope winding shaft tower

Abstract：As abnormal vibration appeared on the main shaft tower floor during operation in Muducaideng Coal Mine, unable to meet the requirements of safety production, the analysis and detection of the vibration cause was conducted, which showed the motor stator side was the vibration source, and the motor control coupling vibration caused by equipment deficiency leads to the resonation between the shaft tower floor and the motor for the inherent frequency of the former was very close to the vibrational frequency of the latter. Based on the analysis result, proper vibration treatment scheme was put forward.
