Research on head sheave platform arrangement of mine head frame

Abstract：In order to adapt to mine head frame design, the paper proposed the analysis method for existing head frame with the load case combination of current specifications, and analyzed and verified the vertical arrangement method of the skip head sheave and cage head sheave. The results show that, the vertical arrangement skip head sheave and cage head sheave, comparing with conventional arrangement, can meet the requirements with partial reinforcement, which requires small amount of reinforcement material, and has strong applicability with the dependence of terrain greatly reduced.
