Influences of 276 annual working days of coal mine on mine design

Abstract：According to the different requirements of coal mine annual working days in two important documents, “The opinions of the State Council about the coal industry to resolve the excess capacity to achieve the development getting rid of the poverty” ( [ 2016] No. 7 issued by the State Council) , this paper analyzed the influences of the 276 annual working days to the mine main production system, and proposed that, during the design phase for new or coal mine projects in reorganization and expansion, it was recommended to execute the 330 annual working days currently according to the design code.
