Application of inflatable rubber mandrel in padding construction of coal storage bunkers

Abstract：Based on the project of padding construction using inflatable rubber mandrels in Hulusu coal preparation plant Inner Mongolia, the construction technology is studied. The inflatable rubber mandrel selection and layout principle are analyzed, and hole-forming construction technique is introduced in detail, from the mandrel positioning, inflating, fixing, concrete pouring, vibrating and mandrel recycling. The economic and social benefits are analyzed, and the results show that this technique has a remarkable superiority and a good feasibility.
