Design and application of slime drying system using heat source from low concentration gas oxidation in Dingji coal mine

Abstract：In order to solve the problem of slime drying and upgrading, and to realize the comprehensive gas utilization, Dingji coal mine used high temperature exhaust gas from low concentration gas oxidation as heat source for slime drying, which was mixed with high temperature exhaust steam for gas generating units. The design of Dingji coal mine slime drying system was introduced from the heat source selection and calculation, process and main technical parameters, main equipment selection, and the benefit of production.
