Dumping parameters optimization of Nansigou waste dump in Antaibao open-pit coal mine

Abstract：Aiming at the height and capacity enhancement of Nansigou waste dump in Antaibao open-pit coal mine, the main influencing factors on stability and the possible landslide mode of dump were analyzed combining with the actual situation, the dumping parameters, optimization method and work procedures were introduced. At last, through the optimization analysis, the minimum working bench width decreased from 65m to 60m, the overall slope angle increased from 17° to 19°, and the displacement capacity increased 50 million m3.
