3D design exploration of coal industrial site

Abstract：The paper discusses applicability and advantages of GEOPAK Site software in industrial site design for coal mine and other industry, through introducing GEOPAK Site application and relative function expansion, and combination of GEOPAK Site with 3D design of coal industrial site. Based on the 3D design of industrial site in Wangzhuang coal mine and the paper discusses 3D modeling method in design practice, the result indicates that, 3D design method is the design trend in the future, which can be used to discover the deficiency and error of 2D design, so as to enhance design quality.
