Design and application of automatic adjusting control system for self-adaptive gas drainage pipeline valve

Abstract：To improve the efficiency of gas drainage, adaptive gas drainage pipeline valve automatic control system applied to the coal mine was designed. The valve opening is adjusted by the adaptive adjustment algorithm, to maximize the gas drainage concentration and flow. Industrial test shows that, concentration of the maximum gas drainage increases from 20%to 45?84% when the valve opening changes from 100% to 50%; The maximum gas pure flow increases from 0?328m3/min to 0?464m3/min when the valve opening changes from 100% to 80%. With the change of valve opening, the gas drainage concentration and pure flow increases at first and then decreases.
