Application of full length anchoring technology in deep soft rock roadway

Abstract：Based on the engineering background of Gubei coal mine south wing 6 rail roadway fully anchored roadway, a comprehensive research method was applied, including theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field test. Combining with the actual situation of the south wing 6 coal floor rail roadway, the rapid reinforcement technology of full length anchoring grouting was proposed and successfully implemented, using hollow grouting bolt, hollow grouting anchor, and the mine filling and grouting mortar, instead of the traditional heavy U-type shed to reinforce the surrounding rock. The labor intensity was reduced, the construction progress was accelerated, realizing safe, efficient, low cost and easy operation.
