Process design of coking coal preparation in power coal preparation plant

Abstract：Aiming at the decline in thermal coal demand, in order to broaden the market and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, Panyidong power coal preparation process was transformed for coking coal preparation. The paper analyzed the characteristics of raw coal quality, and sufficiently utilized the existing production systems to reduce investment, and selected appropriate coal preparation process to achieve smooth production of coking coal products. After transformation, the new system achieved favorable production and economic effect.
