Discussion on structure design method of coal mine steel headframe

Abstract：Aiming at the inadequate study of mine steel headframe space analysis, especially the calculation and selection of variable section diagonal brace mainly depend on experience, the paper, based on a case of steel headframe design of a coal mine auxiliary shaft, focuses on the design procedures and methods using 3D3S and MIDAS software, which authentically reflects the stress and displacement of diagonal brace, it is concluded that the control stress of derrick generally appears under breaking rope load combination. At the same time, assumed calculation measure of diagonal brace length is proposed.
