Study on Comprehensive Prevention and Control Technology of Maize Pests and Diseases

Abstract：In order to explore a scientific and reasonable comprehensive prevention and control technical scheme for maize pests and diseases,according to the occurrence of pests and diseases predicted by the National Agricultural Machinery Center in 2024,two comprehensive prevention and control technical schemes were designed with Qiule 618 as the test variety.Conventional prevention and control and no prevention and control were used as control treatments to investigate the seedling stage,the occurrence of pests and diseases(second-generation armyworm,southern rust,Curvularia leaf spot,ear rot,corn borer),yield and composition factors,and economic benefits.The results showed that the two comprehensive prevention and control technical schemes grew well at the seedling stage,and the seedling preservation rate and control effects on the second generation armyworm,southern rust,Curvularia leaf spot,ear rot and maize borer were better than those of the control treatment,and the yield and economic benefits were significantly improved.The research results provide a reference for the comprehensive prevention and control of maize pests and diseases.
