Analysis of Yield,Quality and Disease Resistance of the New Wheat Variety Anmai 19

Abstract：According to the regional test results of Henan Wheat Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance in 2018-2020,the agronomic traits,yield traits,adaptability,stability,quality,and disease resistance of Anmai19 were comprehensively analyzed.The results showed that from the agronomic traits,the average growth period of Anmai 19 was 226.5 days,the average plant height was 77.9 cm,the average tiller ability was 4.8,and the average effective heading rate was 42.2%;from the yield traits,the average effective number spike of Anmai 19 was 575.3×104 spikes/ha,the average number of grains per ear was 37.5,the average thousand grain weight was 44.8 g,and the coefficient of variation was all less than 5.00%;from the yield,the average yield of Anmai 19 was 8 379.4 kg/ha,which was 9.9%higher than the control Bainong 207,the average yield increase rate was 92.9%,the average coefficient variation was 11.9%,the high stability coefficient was 88.0%,and the yields of different test points were mainly distributed between 8 000.0 and 9 000.0 kg/ha;from the quality,the average capacity of Anmai 19 was 792 g/L,the average protein content was 15.0%,the average wet gluten content was 28.8%,the average water absorption rate was 57.9%,the average stabilization time was 3.4 min,which belongs to the medium gluten wheat varieties;from the disease resistance,Anmai 19 was moderately susceptible to stripe rust,moderately susceptible to leaf rust,highly susceptible to downy mildew,moderately resistant to powdery mildew and moderately susceptible to stripe blight.Anmai 19 has higher yield,and stable yield traits,with stable yield,disease resistance,quality up to the standard of medium grain wheat,and excellent comprehensive performance,suitable for large scale popularization of planting.
