Research Progress on Phenotypic Data Collection of Sesame Capsule

Abstract：Phenotype is the sum of the traits shown by the interaction between genotype and environment,and its information content and complexity are far beyond human projections.With the rapid development of life science,genomics has made great progress.It is of great significance for promoting variety breeding and efficient cultivation to deeply explore the internal relationship of'genotype-phenotype-environment type'.In this paper,the concept and function of phenotype,the characters of sesame capsule phenotype,phenotype collection technology and phenotype collection equipment were comprehensively discussed,and the development direction of capsule phenotype was prospected,in order to provide reference for the development of sesame capsule phenotype.
