Design of a Portable Static Strain Gauge for Anchor Used in Mine

Abstract：The existing strain gauge used in measuring anchor has bad precision, its measuring data only can be recorded manually and it can't response force conditions of tunnel accurately. Aiming at the above problems, the paper introduced design of a portable static strain gauge for anchor used in mine, analyzed measuring principle of strain measurement, and expounded designs of signal conditioned circuit of the strain gauge and its software program. The experiment result showed that the strain gauge has high measuring precision and good stability with characteristics of Chinese display and easy operation.
