Maintenance-free Technology for the Traveling Box of Coal Winning Machine

Abstract：Addressing the frequent malfunctions encountered in the operation of travel boxes of coal winning machine,such as severe wear of drive and travel wheels and poor lubrication of open transmission system bearings,we have conducted an in-depth exploration of maintenance-free technology for the transmission system,focusing on two aspects:the addition of an automatic gear oil dripping device and the structural optimization design of key components such as the travel box housing and gear assembly.The effectiveness of the maintenance-free technology has been verified through field use,and the improved design has significantly enhanced the reliability of the travel box during production.
