Design of Fuzzy-PID Railway Loading and Feeding Control System Based on Parameter Self-tuning

Abstract：In the view of the problems of poor control accuracy and long response time in the feed control scheme of Han-huang Railway storage,transportation and loading system,a Fuzzy-PID based railway loading and feeding control system based on parameter self-tuning was designed.Firstly,the principle of parameter self-tuning Fuzzy-PID control was analyzed.Secondly,the feed controller and feed controller drive of railway loading and loading were designed and elaborated,and the feed control system based on controller,frequency converter and touch screen was established.Finally,the simulation and test of the feed control system were completed.The results showed that the designed feed control system could shorten the loading time of a bicycle to less than 50 s,and the loading accuracy of a bicycle was±0.1％,which further improved the production capacity and efficiency of railway transport.
