Evaluation Method and Application of Coal Mine Gas Extraction Drilling Hole Formation

Abstract:In order to achieve the evaluation of gas extraction drilling holes in coal mines and solve the quantification problem of gas extraction drilling construction evaluation, accurate measurement of drilling trajectory was used as the spatial data basis for drilling construction evaluation.By recording and organizing data on the opening, closing, sealing, construction, drilling and expansion, fracturing, and cutting of gas extraction boreholes, the deviation calculation between the drilling construction trajectory and the design trajectory was studied, and the deviation of the effective extraction area was quantified.A basic information database for drilling was established.Corresponding drilling construction evaluation models for different types of boreholes were established, and using the fit rate of drilling design and construction space as the main evaluation indicator were proposed.Simultaneously applying 2D and 3D GIS views to achieve borehole positioning, presenting the impact range of borehole trajectories, and online viewing of borehole information and evaluation results. The results showed that this method could effectively quantify the deviation between drilling construction and design, accurately calculate the degree of deviation in the effective extraction area, and the evaluation index of drilling design and construction space fit rate had strong scientific and practical significance, which can comprehensively evaluate the drilling construction effect. The application of 2D and 3D GIS views makes drilling location and trajectory impact range more intuitive, making it convenient to view detailed drilling information and evaluation results online. This study provides an effective method for evaluating the formation of gas extraction boreholes in coal mines, which helps to improve the inspection effect of gas extraction borehole construction.
