Application of Air Filter Element Automatic Purifier in Mining Construction Machinery

Abstract：In view of the large amount of dust in mine engineering,the air filter element is easy to be blocked and damaged,and the traditional purifier has the problem of long cleaning time and incomplete cleaning.The new type of purifier was developed,that was composed of a fixed box and a dust treatment mechanism.Its working principle is based on the motor to drive the filter element to rotate,with high pressure dust removal pipe,axial flow fan,high pressure water pump and so on to achieve efficient cleaning.The test results showed that the new automatic air filter purifier reduced the dust concentration from 7.56 mg/m3 to 3.05 mg/m3.In the 9 types of articulated trucks,the average cleaning time of the filter element is 3.3 minutes,which is shorter than 4.9 minutes of the old type.The average service life of the filter element is about 1 366 hours,far exceeding the 793 hours of the old model.This study provides strong support for improving the efficiency of automatic air filter purifier and prolonging the life of air filter.It plays a significant role in improving the operating condition and economic benefit of mining construction machinery.
