Efficient Support Technology for Rapid Excavation Roadways in Shaping Coal Mine

Abstract：In order to solve the shortcomings of low efficiency and high labor intensity in underground operations of Shaping Coal Industry,a new type of drilling anchor integrated high-speed excavation technology has been developed.The project team analyzed the entire process of excavation and support,and determined that the imbalance between excavation and support is the key to further improving the efficiency of underground excavation.Therefore,starting from the parallel and collaborative operation of excavation and support processes,the integrated anchor drilling high-speed support technology,high-speed spraying technology for tunnel surface protection layer,and real-time monitoring and warning technology for tunnel deformation were completed,effectively improving the efficiency and safety of underground excavation.According to practical applications,the new high-speed excavation technology has high innovation and practicality,improving excavation efficiency by 22.6％and reducing the deformation of surrounding rock in tunnels by 44.7％.
