Fault Analysis and Diagnosis of Differential Pressure Characteristics of Ventilation System Air Doors
KANG Xiang
Abstract:The underground ventilation system may experience faults such as gradual or sudden changes in air volume due to changes in the mine environment. It is necessary to promptly regulate the air flow, otherwise it will cause internal functional failure of the ventilation system and result in serious consequences.Based on this,Huobaoganhe Coal Mine starts with the faults and causes of the existing ventilation system in the mine.By optimizing the layout of the air door pressure difference sensor,a sensitivity mathematical model is constructed, and a sensitivity based air door pressure difference sensor layout scheme was proposed.Taking the 2# mining face of Ganhe Coal Mine as the research object,a simulation based on the optimization layout of the sensitivity air door pressure difference sensor was carried out.Through fault simulation and comparison of air door pressure difference data, the results show that placing the pressure difference sensor on both sides of the No.3 air door can achieve the purpose of rapid monitoring.By importing the monitoring data of the coal mine system for the first quarter of 2024 into the software for experimental verification and analysis. The conclusion drawn from comparing the fault diagnosis rate of the ventilation system before and after optimization is as follows:the fault diagnosis rate of the ventilation system before optimization was 78.5%,and the lowest fault diagnosis accuracy of the system after optimization reached 93.2%,achieving the expected goal and worthy of promotion.
