Abstract:The segmented fracturing technology of the horizontal well on the roof can achieve the weakening treatment of the overlying middle hard composite roof area in the working face and coal pillar area, reducing the impact risk that may be caused by the overlying middle hard composite roof during the mining period of the working face. The use of microseismic monitoring technology can accurately evaluate the fracturing effect of the roof, ensuring that the roof can collapse in a timely manner with the mining of the working face after pressure relief. On site experiments were conducted at the 2302 working face of Zhaoxian Coal Mine, and perforation and fracturing construction operations were successfully completed according to the construction design, meeting the requirements of the fracturing design. The microseismic events induced by the rupture of the target rock layer in the working face after fracturing meet the design requirements in both the dip and vertical ranges.During the mining period of the working face, the daily total energy, maximum energy, and daily total frequency all decrease significantly. The maximum deformation of the roadway is only 66 mm,and the experiment shows that the segmented hydraulic fracturing of the horizontal well on the roof of the 2302 working face has achieved good safety and economic benefits.
