Analysis of Factors Affecting the Quality of Flameproof Enclosures for Mining Products

Abstract：The quality of flameproof enclosures is directly related to the flameproof safety of products,and there are various factors that affect the quality of flameproof enclosures.From the perspective of safety standard factory review,combined with examples,the main factors that lead to the unqualified quality of flameproof enclosures in the factory process were analyzed,including unreasonable design,unreasonable production process selection,inadequate inspection,and inadequate protection.Corresponding improvement suggestions were provided from the aspects of design,processing,inspection,and protection,which are conducive to promoting the improvement of flameproof enclosure quality in factories.
