Design of Ultra-large Diameter Spiral Drum of Coal Winning Machine

Abstract：With the development of the coal industry,the mining height of the coal winning machine continues to increase,and the diameter of the drum also continues to increase.Aiming at the design of ultra-large diameter spiral drum,emphasis was placed on researching the arrangement and weight reduction of drum pick.Based on LS-DYNA simulation,the pick stress distribution nephogram was obtained,which verifies the rationality of the design of the ultra-large diameter drum.
